SAFE AND STRESS FREE LOADING

Can't get your horse to walk onto the trailer?

Do you want to travel to ride on trails or go to shows or events, but it's always a fight to get your horse loaded?

Do you have to coax, or push or prod or butt rope your horse to get him to load?

I can teach your horse in half a day or less to load safely, willingly and within five minutes each time you ask him to.

I've picked up many of the horses we find homes for, and I've had people tell me...

...plan on plenty of time to load him.

...we'll have to force him on and shut the door 'fast'.

...we'll have to put one of my other horses on first, then take him off as soon as we get "his buddy" on.

...let me know what time you'll be here and I'll tranquilize him so we can get him on.

None of that is necessary.  Your horse just needs to know the trailer is nothing more than a big stall on wheels, and that the step up and the walk inside that noisy stall is nothing to be afraid of.

No method works the same way with every horse, so I use a number of techniques to teach a horse to load.

I have taught many of the horses that come here to load and unload safely.  It's now a prerequisite for adoption.  Many of our adopters either want to show or want to trail ride, but don't have experience loading horses, or have never been properly taught how to get results with minimal effort.

I'll teach your horse to load, then teach you to load your horse quickly, safely and without stress to you or  your horse.

A clinic can be an individual lesson with you and your horse, or it can be a group lesson with several horses, several observers, or both.

Prices are very reasonable, and success is guaranteed.

Once I've taught your horse to load, you'll need to practice with your horse for the next two or three days in succession just to reinforce the behavior.  You'll be amazed at how easy it is once he overcomes his fear.

Prices:  $75 for the first horse.  $60 for each additional horse.  Mileage:  1st 30 miles are free, then .45 per mile thereafter.

I've never had a horse NOT load for me.  But, if that ever happens, you won't pay the training fee, just my transportation (at .45/mile).
