Notes:
They say they have four drivers, but the only one mentioned on all of their feedbacks is "Jim". Jim is also the driver who was responsible for my horses.
They say their service is always the highest. Hmmm...
They say they are fully insured. If that is so, then why did they refuse to pay the vet in Catlett and why did they reneg on their promise to bury Daphne? Insurance would have covered the vet bill most certainly, and possibly burial.
One big red flag.....They say they have 15 years combined experience in transport and handling of horses. A friend enlightened me about this sentence in their bio after Daphne's death. Key word "COMBINED". If they have four drivers, and their combined experience in not only hauling but also HANDLING, is only 15 years, that's less than four years handling/hauling experience per person. I could kick myself for not picking up on this - if I had noticed this obvious RED FLAG prior to hiring them - I would not have hired them on this point alone!
We provide feed, water and proper rest. Well, when Tiny and Gordy arrived, both were very dehydrated. We took a video of the entire arrival from the time he pulled up beside the driveway at 12:45 am until he got back in the truck to leave. There was water in his buckets, but who knows how many times he actually stopped, and whether he checked them or not.
