Bright Futures Farm was host to a fantastic production group from Comcast Cable on July 29, 2006.  Comcast chose Bright Futures Farm as their story line for their latest addition to the On Demand lineup for the greater Pittsburgh market.

Bright Futures Farm was the retirement home for Brenda, the mare featured in the story titled Class and Courage by Eileen F. Watkins.

THERAPEUTIC EQUINE ACTIVITIES

Bright Futures Farm is in the process of establishing a Therapeutic Equine Center in conjunction with Dreams Come True Farm in Cochranton, PA.  This program will provide disabled youth and American Military Veterans with a series of programs that will help them enhance their motor skills and enrich their lives through regular interaction with horses.

FARM & VETERAN'S FUNDRAISER

Bright Futures Farm organized a motorcycle "poker run" to benefit our organization and the Mechling-Sheakley Veteran's Home in Cowansville, PA.


THE CLEVELAND SCENE

Bright Futures Farm was spotlighted in a story titled "Eating Mr. Ed"  which brought to light the horrors of the auction (Sugarcreek, Ohio livestock auction was featured) and the slaughter industry.
